By accessing or using Notedy (“we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our app or services.

2. Description of Service

Notedy is an AI-powered note-taking application that allows users to convert audio recordings, website content, and YouTube videos into summarized notes using advanced artificial intelligence.

3. User Accounts

• You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• You are solely responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use Notedy for any unlawful purpose or to infringe on others’ rights.
• You must not upload, share, or process content that is illegal, offensive, or violates intellectual property rights.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the normal functioning of the service or access other users’ data without permission.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, and intellectual property in Notedy (except for your own notes and input content) belong to Notedy Inc. or its licensors.
• You may use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only unless expressly permitted.

6. AI Content and Limitations

• Notes and summaries generated by Notedy’s AI are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose.
• Do not rely solely on AI-generated notes for critical decisions.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Notedy at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful conduct.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Notedy is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Notedy and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.

10. Refund and Payment Policy

Our order and payment process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Please visit paddle.net if you encounter any problems with your payment.

Some paid plans include a free trial. You will get billed if you don't cancel your subscription before the end of the trial. When you start your trial, paddle.net will send you an email with further information.

Refunds are determined at the sole discretion of our merchant of record Paddle and on a case-by-case basis. Please visit paddle.net if you think you have a valid reason for a refund. You can learn more about Paddle's refund and dispute policy in Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms and Conditions.

11. Changes to Terms
